Got a Kitchen Aid Electric Range KFES530ESS2 2017 MFG Date. Had to put a new bake element in it, after putting the new genuine KA element, I’m not getting any heat from the element. I got 1026 ohms to the temp sensor (good), and no voltage across the bake element legs. Each leg to ground gets 118v. Does this indicate a bad board? Relay? I’m lost. Can just the relay be replaced on the board?

Based on the information provided, you are correct in that the oven control has failed. Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not provide the relay separately from the control W11088874.
