Okay, the gas cook top functions just fine. The display for the oven and broiler show the correct messages, ie function, temp and so on. But the oven and the broiler do not heat. Am I looking at new elements, or a control module problem.

Did you just self clean recently? Many of these ovens have thermal fuse the can "open" and stop power from going to the elements. Part 37 on this diagram.

no, just recently installed. checked voltage at the junction box, getting 240. thermal fuse has good continuity, no burnt wires going to the elements. when i try to use the oven or broiler it seems to be acting normally, although the preheat light does not come on. thinking control panel.
