After pressing the time settings in about 2 seconds the power went out but later on the power came on and when i tested it again the power went out again.

I would check the cord and plugin first. then check the fuse and power board for burnt wires or burnt traces.

And last check the computer its self for bad connections. Somewhere there is a bad or weak electrical connection in the power coming in.
