My wife went to microwave something and put it in the microwave, entered time and when she went to hit start all power went off to microwave. No light, no buttons and beeps 3 times when pressed with no response. Any ideas what might be causing this/where to start to diagnose? This is an all in one unit with a built in oven that I really hope I don't have to completely replace! The oven works fine, so I know it is getting full voltage to unit. My initial guess based on google searches are a fuse (not sure where it is located in the unit), keypad, or door switch.

fyi-
I looked on Kitchenaid's website for an owners manual and the only one they list for my model number is basically just for the oven portion and says use the separate upper microwave use and care guide which is no where to be found on their site.

Please help!

The issue was the fuse.
