Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Senior Expert Joined: 7/24/2007(UTC) Posts: 2,277		Hi, If when she tries to set the functions it's like the buttons don't work then I would check the membrane switch ribbon cable for a bad connection. The ribbon cable end may need to be cleaned with a pencil eraser. I would also check the control board were the ribbon cable plugs into for bad solder connections.
