Your description is a little vague.

So are you saying the washer fills with water OK, then agitates OK, but fails to drain and spin in the rinse part of the cycle? Or are you saying something else?

Is it filling with rinse water? Is it draining and is it spinning? Do you have both cold and hot water? Have you checked your lid switch? Does it click when you shut the lid?
