I have a KitchenAid KSSP48QHW00 and the Bullet Valve is iced over on the suction line. I'm not an expert, but I hooked up gages and it seems the low-side is at 20PSI (with refrigerator on). The following have already been replaced:
1. Defrost Timer
2. Evaporator Fan
3. Compressor Relay
4. Refrigerator Thermostat

Here are pictures:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is that ball of ice on the tubing leading into the evaporator coils? If so, a ball of hard ice at the beginning of the evaporator coil indicates low refrigerant or obstruction in the sealed system.
