Hello:

I have a kitchenaid dishwasher that leaks on to the floor sporadically. When I open the front access panel along the floor, I saw a pretty steady drip (it's not the inlet valve on the left - that's dripping too and I already ordered one of those) from a white piece just in front of the main electrical connect panel. The white piece has 2 brown wires coming out of it. So I reached up to it and pressed it and I could hear a click as it was a toggle and the leaking stopped but the amount of water damage underneath and puddles I've observed in front tell me this is a recurring issue.

I've looked on the parts diagrams and can't figure out what this and what Part(s) I should order. I've attached a picture showing the part. Thanks!

Here are your parts
Parts for KitchenAid KUDS02FRSS3 Dishwasher - AppliancePartsPros.com

See the attachment for the tech sheet.

It is the overfill switch/mechanism (item 1 in section 06).

You will have to remove the float and check for cracks or crud or if the nut is tight.
