I have the above named & model # Refrigerator. Two door no frost 19 cu. ft. The refrigerator runs all the time. The top freezer compartment gets down to 12 degrees F and at the same time the lower fresh food compartment sometimes gets down to 32 degrees F. Then about two to three hours later the top freezer compartment goes up to 45 degrees F and at the same time the lower fresh food compartment goes up to 65 degrees F, this process repeats itself over and over.
Does anyone have a clue as to what might be causing this to happen, and what the remedy might be?
Thanks, Hryarhucb

That problem on my fridge was solved by replacing the sticking damper in the cold food section.

Thanks, jon.wilob. I checked the damper it is ok and plenty of air is coming down to the fresh food compartment. However the ref. runs all the time and about every two- three hours it goes from 20 deg, in the freezer compartment to 60 degrees and same temp, of 60 degrees in fresh food comp. It repeats this cycle over & over.
