I have performed continuity tests on 5 parts and ALL passed. I removed them first to do the tests. High Limit Thermostat Cycling Thermostat 2 Thermal Fuses Heating Assembly.
The timer does not work like it is supposed to. Sometimes it won't shut off. This is a perplexing issue. It requires multiple cycles to dry clothes yet it doesn't appear to heat up correctly. From what I have read online the timer usually doesn't cause heating issues. Any ideas?

Eric thank you so much for confirming my suspicions. I have ordered the part I will let you know for sure if that fixes the problem.
