I have performed continuity tests on 5 parts and ALL passed. I removed them first to do the tests. High Limit Thermostat
Cycling Thermostat
2 Thermal Fuses
Heating Assembly.

The timer does not work like it is supposed to. Sometimes it won't shut off. This is a perplexing issue. It requires multiple cycles to dry clothes yet it doesn't appear to heat up correctly. From what I have read online the timer usually doesn't cause heating issues. Any ideas?

The timer is in fact, most likely the problem. The timer does control the heat circuit and the type of timer used on this model is a piece of junk and a very high failure item.

Eric thank you so much for confirming my suspicions. I have ordered the part I will let you know for sure if that fixes the problem.
