Full continuity. Even the Timer. Desperately replaced Heating Element and High Thermostat, still NO HEAT! Help.

Check for 240vac at power cord terminal block. If good and wiring there looks good, no burning/melting loose connections, current path is via motor switch, hi limit thermostat, operating thermostat, heat selector switch terminals L1 to C and timer terminals L to H. Really need to troubleshoot this via voltage drop method, versus continuity tests. Heat circuit carries 20 amps of current which can cause a faulty contact to break down yet still read ok with simple continuity check.
