Upper oven has no heat from either upper of lower element. Lower oven is fine. Happened suddenly. No known power surge. Is this a control panel problem or a fuse?

Hey Lenny check out these tips
1. Check for Power:
Verify that the oven is plugged in securely and that the circuit breaker hasn't tripped. Confirm that the outlet is working by plugging in another appliance. 2. Examine the Fuses (if applicable):
Refer to your owner's manual to locate any fuses specific to the upper oven's heating elements. Inspect them for visual signs of damage or use a multimeter to test their continuity. Replace any blown fuses. 3. Test the Heating Elements:
Access the heating elements in the upper oven (usually by removing rear panels). Use a multimeter to check for continuity across each element. If an element doesn't have continuity, it's likely defective and needs replacement. 4. Inspect the Control Panel:
Look for signs of physical damage or burnt-out components on the control board. If you're comfortable with electronics, you can test the control board's voltage outputs to the heating elements using a multimeter. If you suspect a control panel issue, consult a qualified appliance technician. 5. Consider a Wiring Issue:
In rare cases, loose or damaged wiring could interrupt power to the heating elements. Inspect the wiring connections for any signs of wear or disconnection. This might require further diagnosis by a technician.
