You will have to join the site and be logged in to be able to download the manual. http://appliancejunk.com...&id=455;t=1407403782 First I would check the actual freezer temperature with a thermometer. It should be around 0 degrees F. If OK then I would delve into the manual. This is a fairly complex piece of gear so unless you find something obvious it may be a job for a pro depending on your DIY skills.
