I have this washer and everything works fine except when it reaches top speed during spinout it makes a real loud noise toward the back of the drum like where the bearings and the wheel attach. What could it be?

Normally this means a rear bearing has failed and that it is probably time to replace the machine rather than go through the long and difficult and expensive process of repairing it. You can take off the back and top and see if something obviously is broken that is an easier repair, not likely, but you should check it out.
Sorry for the bad news, wish I had better.
