My washer makes a loud clacking/clicking noise (and the drum shakes) at the end of the spin cycle or if the door is opened during the spin cycle. I have replaced the clutch and it hasn't helped. Can anyone suggest where to look next?

Does the drum feel loose? If you push on the sides of the metal drum does it move independent (at all) of the outer tub?

When you open the door during spin cycle, does the drum stop immediately (spins maybe 1/2 to 3/4 then stop) or does it continue to spin slowing down while making that noise?
