My control lock light stays activated. I tried to unlock it by pressing the end cycle button 3 seconds as per the manual but it stays locked. I tried to unplug the machine but this also did not help. When I plugged it in the control lock light beeps and turns off and on. Any suggestions?

Here are your parts Parts for GEW9250PQ - AppliancePartsPros.comSee the attachment for the tech sheet. See if diagnostics will show anything. If not. Check that the end of Cycle key/button is working. Could be it is closed all the time. I do not think the above will show anything but it is worth a tyry. Itsounds like the control board need replacing. |
