Whirlpool gew9250pl1 electric dryer runs, vent is clean, good air flow out of exteriorvent louver. Sensing LED stays on allthe time and the electric dryer does not heat. Any ideas?

Hi.

First check if there is 240VAC at the dryers connector block.
If not - reset the breakers.
Remove the toe panel 2 screws in each corner and check for 240VAC at the heater contacts.
If 240VAC is there replace the heater element

If not then check hi-limit, thermal cut-off, heater relay in the control board.

Use the tech sheet (behind the toe panel) to run the diagnostic test.
