washer shakes during spin out. bearings seam ok.would like to know how much play is allowable in transmission shaft? also is it normal for the ballance ring to slosh alot? seams to be like half full of liquid. is this normal? thanks for helping me diagose my problem.

There should be almost no play in anything. Look for cracks in the suspension/support area and a broken spring.
