You could try Googling the model number, one thing to note is that the last digit is a zero not an "o". I am assuming that you have already checked the wall out let for 120 volts. Next would be to check the units line cord.

It uses the same junction box I hope it will be useful to you. I cannot say how close of a match it is to yours but at least it should give you an idea how they wired the units back then. The white seems to be connected to a number of parts directly so it does not make sense that they would all go bad at the same time. The black looks like it routs by itself so if it is a bad wire or connection/junction further on in the unit it could kill everything.
