thanks Richappy+Denman . This is for Denman, let me fill you in from start, customer complained ice maker not working, found out that the reciever immiter boards no functioning , LED light continually flashing. i installed new kit/. LED light now not flashing. staying solid red, still icemaker not working, tested between N+L ,should read 110 volts ,only reading 43 volts AC , tested between T+H with wire to see if it moves , nothing, tested water valve directly, it works fine, could it be a broken wire to ice maker? possibly in wall of fridge or defective icemaker?
i will check wiring back, now that i have wiring diagram. thanks ,Misterfixall

Check for volts between the black and white wires of the ice maker plug, you may have a bad ice maker, blown fuse or bad module.

i returned+rechecked for 110 volts at plug going into icemaker ,still getting 34vlta ac .i went to back of fridge and checked for voltage at wiring plug where about 10 wires connect ,i get 110 volts at black+white wire. does the led emmiter have anything to do with not getting 110 volts to ice maker? i dont think so , just asking. i feel there is a broken wire. but why am i getting 34 volts? thanks

You probably have a burnt wire between the optics and ice maker, I have seen a few of these, generally impossible to fix.
What I did, I presented the evidence to the customer and explained how it's virtually impossible to fix.
