Last night my washer filled up with water, but when it came time to agitate, nothing happened. No sound is made. It is completely quite. The dial on the washer did not move through the cycle. I tried switching to multiple cycles to see if it will agitate and nothing happened. I don't hear the motor making a sound. It is not draining, spinning or agitating. I just replaced the lid switch.
Please provide feedback.
Thanks!

Remove the cabinet and check the motor wiring connector. Tug on all the wires there to see if any have broken inside the connector housing. Unplug the connector and check terminals for burning/corrosion. Do you have a multimeter for testing voltages and continuity? You can operate washer with cabinet off but will have to bypass the lid switch for drain/spin operation/testing. Lid switch bypass: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XAnQ6OvvnucEric
