Check the condition of the belt and the belt tension. Should be about 1/2" deflection between main drive pulley and spin pulley. Tighten belt by loosening the two motor mount bolts, lever motor to the left and tighten bolts. Access via rear panel.

All the water is out of the tub but the clothes are heavy with water.
