Hi,
The top arm is not spinning, I've done all the maintenance per videos on web (clean out where chopper is, test flapper, check water level)

I can't see what could go wrong with that arm ....any reason that arm would be wrong ? Things to check?

Next thought is the motor... I thought motors either run or don't ...can they run in between ?

If its the motor, the motor is cheaper than the entire assembly ($119 vs $172), they both seem easy to install...is there moving parts in the assembly or other reasons to get assembly over motor ?

fyi
Circulation Pump and Motor Assembly AP4434617 $172
Circulation Motor Circulation Motor $119

No reason to get snippy, for a free forum it looks kinda nice...

Now, hows the water level?

Is the spray arm plugged up (any of the ports?)

Chopper broken? (metal blade spins independent of the plastic shaft?)

Thanks for responding....

Regarding your questions...
water level looks good, spray arm is not plugged and chopper is functional and COMPLETELY cleaned. This is based on watching all the videos I could find.

Regarding being snippy....absolutely not...I think its fair to question a forum by Appliance Pros where I WANT to purchase parts from their company but need advise and noone responds for 35 days........35 days!!!
