Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 12/20/2013(UTC) Posts: 5		Hi, The top arm is not spinning, I've done all the maintenance per videos on web (clean out where chopper is, test flapper, check water level) I can't see what could go wrong with that arm ....any reason that arm would be wrong ? Things to check? Next thought is the motor... I thought motors either run or don't ...can they run in between ? If its the motor, the motor is cheaper than the entire assembly ($119 vs $172), they both seem easy to install...is there moving parts in the assembly or other reasons to get assembly over motor ? fyi Circulation Pump and Motor Assembly AP4434617 $172 Circulation Motor Circulation Motor $119

Regarding your questions... water level looks good, spray arm is not plugged and chopper is functional and COMPLETELY cleaned. This is based on watching all the videos I could find. Regarding being snippy....absolutely not...I think its fair to question a forum by Appliance Pros where I WANT to purchase parts from their company but need advise and noone responds for 35 days........35 days!!!
