my wifes washer quit, it will not turn on. you hit the power button all the lights come on and the start/pause button flashes. you hit the start button and it gives two tones and keeps flashing. i've unplugged and did the lid thing, took front off no codes flashing. any help would be great, washer is 55 weeks old ( 3 past warrenty). Thank you in advance! forgot, lid switch is good.

The would seem to be a problem with the control unit. Change it out and see if that fixes things.
It is an expensive part, so if you order from this site and that is not the problem you can return it.
