After cleaning the top oven it will no longer heat up. Bottom oven works fine. Control panel for top oven reads LO but no heat. Checked both thermal switches on the back for continuity, both check out fine. Any suggestions?

Since you have checked the thermal fuse for the upper oven elements and it is OK and the readout shows that the board knows that the temperature is low (oven sensor is OK) so should be heating.
I would say that the control board needs replacing.

Thanks for the response. I have ordered the part. Will be more aware of the "hazards" involve with the cleaning cycle in the future.
