I have tested the power from the wall it is what is was supposed to be, tested the thermal fuse and the high limit thermostat, even heated it to see if it clicked off at the temperature listed and it does. The last thing I haven't checked is the thermistor. and I don't know if it is worth replacing the Electronic control if it happens to be that . :mad: :confused:

On the back of the main control is a large relay that has a large red and a large black wire connected to it. Remove the black wire and tape it off. Then, start the dryer in a heat cycle and test from the terminal the black wire was on to ground, looking for 120 VAC. If you do not read that voltage, the control is indeed faulty.
