Dryer will not spin. We have remove the top panel and saw that the belt is still in place and is not broken. We did find the dryer drum felt seal that goes in the door part was off and was bunched up, so we removed it. The drum still will not turn. So we gave it a little push and it begin to turn. We turned it back off and tried to turn it on again and it still will not run without a little push. Can someone please tell me what it could be stopping the drum from turning

If the belt appears to be intact, it is likely that the idler pulley has worn or the belt has moved from the pulley and is not riding where it should be. You will need to disassemble the dryer to get a look at the motor and idler pulley to see what is binding the belt. To gain access, remove the screws from the top of the door opening, then the top panel will come off, exposing screws that secure the front panel in place. Let me know what you find.
