I have a Maytag Neptune mah3000 aww that is no overfilling. I have just had the bearings replaced and now have this problem here is what I have done in the way of troubleshooting 1. started to fill tub and pulled power cord out of the outlet, water stopped 2. took off back panel to access pressure switch, disconnected hose and blew into switch lightly water again turned off 3.blew into hose and heard bubbles coming from tub Not sure where to look next love the machine and really do not want to buy a new HE washer Thanks for any and all help Doug51

Here are your parts Parts for Maytag MAH3000AWW Washer - AppliancePartsPros.comSounds like it is either the pressure switch or the pressure tube. Check the tube for small cracks etc. Since you probably disconnected the tube when doing your repair try cutting a half inch off of the switch end of the tube. Sometimes the tubing can stretch and not seal properly. Hopefully you have enough slack in the tubing. If the tube checks out OK I would replace the pressure switch. |
