A GE washer I have is overfilling on large and extra large loads. I changed the pressure switch hose with a used one with no holes, and it still does it. The pressure switch shows good. Whenever it goes into agitation, the flood hose leaks water down to the base of the machine. The model number on the actual washer is not working, the closest one to it is WCSR4110TAWW. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated !!!

You used a used pressure tube. Did you cut half an inch off the end which attaches to the pressure switch. Also if the tubing is at all starting to get hard it will not seal properly.
On large loads more pressure is built up in the tubing if it leaks a little it will overfill. |

I didn't cut any off of the hose, but the hose still has alot of flexibility. I've done it before for other models, whirlpool and say frigidaire, and they all worked fine thats why it had me puzzled. So, is that the only thing i could do.

No you could do a lot of things, including buying a new hose or trying to seal it with silicone sealant but that is what I would try first. |
