I have 2 Commercial Whirlpool Washers and I am having the same problem with both of them ... the rinse cycle only fills about 1/4 water ... is there a switch that controls the amount of water disbursed? Or is the control panel bad? The owner is cheap and I was wondering if they could control the amount of water used?

This is normal operation due to government mandated water and energy restrictions. It can be bypassed for use outside of the U.S. There is a "feature connector" behind the control panel. Unplug the violet/yellow wire connection and plug in the feature connector. Now the rinse level will be the same as wash level.

Should be behind the control panel. Trace wires between the two pressure switches and water level switch to locate it.

I have the same model but ending in TQ2. My tenant swears it's not right. She has been using it for 5 years. I ran it on the rinse. It's more like half full. Does this seem right?? g20zoom attached the following image(s):
