Need Some Help, There Was A Shortage In My Wire And Now The Digital Functions Is Not Working. So, I Can't Use The Oven,or Any Other Function That Has To Do With This Issue What Should I Do?

Most likely the control board (aka a clock/timer) has been damaged due to that shortage. The correction is to fix the wire shortage and to replace the clock timer. You have carefully remove the overlay from the old clock and installed it on the new one because this part is no longer available. - The clock Part number: AP2126118
