Oven does not bake properly. Broiler heats to "red" on broil, seems not to get "hot" enough on bake. Bottom unit heats to "red".

The broil heating element should be "red" hot only when the Broil mode used. Put the oven thermometer in the middle of the oven and measure the temperature inside the oven while the temperature is set for 350°F. Post the results. Also the model number you posted is incorrect. Verify and repost it, please. Gene.
