when setting temp on bake or convect bake, enter 350 degrees (for example), hit start, get "err" message and it drops temp to 260 degrees?

Jack, Check and make sure the control board has not been set for "Celsius" by accident. If that isn't the issue, please re post and supply a proper model number of your wall oven, so we can investigate further.

found another thread with info about changing to F from C. that did the trick! Thanks!:D
