My Frigidaire dishwasher shuts down after about 10 minutes.When i open it up it has water in the bottom of it.I have changed the control panel and it does the same thing.I dont want to buy more parts until i get some advice .Any help would be apreciated.

Could be a problem with the heater re: the unit is waiting for the water temperature to reach a certain set point.

Unplug/remove power from the unit,
Check the hi-limit thermostat with a meter. Should be 0 ohms.

Check the heater resistance, should be about 20 ohms.

Check the wires from the control board to the heater/thermostat combo.

It is a good idea to remove at least one wire from any device you are checking for resistance. this ensures that you are not reading an alternate/parallel circuit path.
