I cannot get either number to come up. Please check. If this is not a US model we probably are not going to be able to help you.

I have a model IM41000 and have the same thing happening. The washer fills then may spin for a bit, but there is a burning smell, a buzzing from the timer module and then it stops. Any Ideas??
