I'm hopeing someone can point me to a tech sheet for troubleshooting my refigerator thats online someplace?
Near as I can tell that's what should have been located behind one of the panels. IDK but I have dont even have a wiring schematic. :(

Plus I was wondering if this could be a common issue for these refigerators?

problem: Most of the time the refigerator works great. (days/weeks) But once in while it will seem to just stop cooling for no reason (both parts) and I my food goes bad.

When that happens I still hear motors running but everything is warm and then somehow the problem seems to dissapear and everything starts working corectly again.

You compressor may fail to start sometimes, just check it next time it fails. Could be a bad motherboard or a evaporator thermistor. If you have no meter, I would replace both items available on this parts site.
If the fan motors work, but not the compressor, I would suspect a blown solder connection in the back of the motherboard.

Thank you for the tips. Especially the sticky post about evap motor bearings/main boards because I would have missed a problem like that for sure.

If possible I would really like to find the documentation for this thing before touching it because I'm a tech in the HVAC commercial/industrial field and just don't know appliances.

Your service sheet is usually behind the encoder panel.
