I can't figure out how to get the knob off the timer. The back of the timer had two thin lock pins on either side of the timer shaft and i removed them. I cant' pull or rotate the knob to get it off. Help!

Hello,

You have to remove the cap off the timer knob to release the knob from the timer. The cap unsnaps off the knob.

Gene.

Thanks, it popped right off. I couldn't break into the timer because The plastic was heat sealed at critical points. So I gave up and ordered another one. Thanks
