I ordered another control board through your site. I'll let you know in a couple days if it fixes the problem.

Gene - I scanned the troubleshooting guide to .pdf, but it won't let me upload it here. The file is 4 mb large. If you'd like it, please let me know how I can get it to you. This is a very useful document containing schematics, trouble codes, and directions to access the different diagnostic screens.

You can easy split this file in as many parts as you want using the PDF splitter. It's free as long as the file is less than 15 MB. I appreciate if you can do it and post it. Gene.

<bad link removed>
For whatever reason, I'm having trouble uploading .pdf's here. I hosted the guide on the above link, though it work better if someone could upload the .pdf on this site.

Sorry about the bad link, I removed it. <link removed, contact Gene for troubleshooting guide>, I'll keep it up for a few days until you can figure out a way to post it to this website.

This link did work. Thanks a lot.
I believe you have to click on the "Quick reply" button and then click on the "Go Advanced" button. Scroll down to "additional options" section and click on the "Manage Attachments" button. You will be able to attach files. The size limit for PDF files is 19.07 MB

Yeah, I've tried that at least a dozen times. It keeps saying upload file error even though the size is only 4 mb. I'm glad you have the guide now.
