The refrig is not cooling properly. I notice that the damper door is not opening and closing. I have to manually open it and lodge a objesct to keep it open. The air is working. I just had a new fan installed in the freezer.

Sounds like the damper control has gone bad. You can run the tests as described in the Tech sheet to confirm it.
