I can't say I fully understand your question but what is happening is when you plug the freezer in the light comes on the fan and compressor start for a brief moment and stop. If its been a while since you plugged it in it will run about 2 seconds if you unplug it right away and plug it back in it will run about a split second its almost like it runs just long enough until it runs into a problem.

Compressor ohm readings will show" normal" resistance with a low voltage ohmeter. Only 115 volts will test for burnt windings.
Something is interupting voltage to the compressor and condensing fan motor. Most probable problem is the control (Part number: AP4433141
Part number: AP4433141
) located behind the door panel. I fixed one of these before and found a intermittent pin on the plug, Just unplug it and plug it in, might fix it.

If I remember right, you pry off the readout bezel on the freezer door to get to the control module.

That is the most probable problem.
