Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 5/22/2012(UTC) Posts: 3		The flame on my stacked gas dryer goes out after it is lit by the igniter. It sounds like I need to replace the gas valve coils. How do I access them? I removed the front panel and they seem closer to the back. Is there a back panel I should access them through? Thanks!

Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 5/22/2012(UTC) Posts: 3		The flame stays on for 5-10 seconds. The igniter is not on when the flame is out. The igniter stays off for awhile and when it comes back on the flame engages for a few seconds before all goes dark again. Thanks

Rank: Advanced Member Groups: APP Team Joined: 2/12/2012(UTC) Posts: 5,556		Hi. The problem with your dryer is clogged exhaust vent. Remove the vent hose from the dryer and run it for one cycle. If it works fine - clean the vent, if not - clean the dryer internal vent system. Thank you. Post the results. Simon.
