Hi.

Check the thermal cut-off and hi limit thermostat located on the side of the heater box. If one of them is open - replace

the kit Part number: 279769
Part number: 279769

Clean all air ducts from lint before using it.

Thank you. Post the results.

Simon.

I actually already replaced both of those, and the element and cleaned the duct. When i replaced the thermal cut-off and thermostat it worked for a day and now does not heat again.. Could I have wired it incorrectly? I misspoke when I said i replaced the fuse, I meant the thermal cut-off and stat.

Hi.

First check if there is 240VAC to the dryer.
Then check all the thermostats, fuse, including the one you have replaced for continuity taking one wire off the contact.
See if there is 240V at the heating element contacts(only if you fill comfortable doing "life" test).
If no 240v - trace the leg witch has no power.
In the case of opened thermostat make sure there no blockage in the vents.

Thank you. Post the results.

Simon.
