My Kenmore Elite washer will not spill or agitate. It will fill and drain, the motor sounds like it is working but will not spin or agitate. It is a model 110.16962501.

I followed the motor coupling video and found that i need a new coupling. Going to order the part today. All of tghe plastic teeth were broken on my coupling.

I will post again when repaired.
