I have no idea how old this DW is. It worked great. The lights on the lefthand side starting with soak and scrub to the High temp wash in the middle of the panel, work. The lights on the righthand side starting at the middle with enery saver dry to the cancel button do not work. Above that is a water heating light and a child lock light. Those lights do not work either. My grandkids were here the same day....I don't know if they pushed something or if it's a coincident. I ck'd the float as well, and I turned DW off at the breaker, waited 30 seconds then flipped the breaker back on. It still wont start. Any Ideas?? Thank you in advance for any help you can give me!!! Sincerely, Karen ;(

Hi. Most likely the problem is bad control panel. But before getting a new one remove the panel, disconnect the flex ribbon connector to the control board. Using the pencil eraser clean the contacts at the end of the ribbon. Plug it in and check if that will fix the problem. If not - get a new control panel Part number: 9744101
