this is a gas dryer and it takes 2 cycles for the clothes to dry vent was cleaned out but still takes 2 cycles...the dryer is getting hot. any suggestions.

You need to check out the blower and the venting system inside the dryer. It fills up with lint and restricts air flow. Take the dryer apart to do this, and also make sure the blower is working correctly an blowing a strong air flow.
