washing machine fills up and agitates well but once it goes to drain it stops completely leaving machine filled with water and it won't drain on any cycle nor will it spin. Trying to figure out what the problem is? Any suggestions?

First thing to try is to by-pass the lid switch. If it works, replace the lid switch.

This site will show you how to do that. On your model you may have plastic trim covering the screws, if so, just gently push the end caps off to access the screws that hold down the console.
