I put the new belt on like I was instructed to, and thw washer work for about 5 loads,. But now the wheel in between the motor and the pump just spins, so it is not agitating @ all. The belt seems to B loose now. What did I do wrong????

If the motor is turning look to see if the roll pin that secures the pulley (wheel) to the motor shaft is broken. This diagram should help.

In the diagram what number would be the roll pin be? Is that the pin that the belt go around???

You should be able to determine this by observing the motor and pulley.

OK when I took the pump and motor off I did not see a pin I thought that a set pin should B there. So if thats the case I need 2 buy a roll pin...

This senario looks very similar to mine except the pin is not broken and the pulley spins. Every thing spins freely it is just the new belt is not tight enough against the pulley to turn the drum.
Help please.
