We have an RCA refrigerator that is leaking water onto the floor. We have turned off the water supply to the icemaker and the water dispenser but it has made no difference. There is a slight build up of ice on the floor of the freezer but nothing major. Looking through the other forums I see it is recomended to see if the drain is plugged and I have yet to do that. Another problem is that food is freezing in the bottom crisper drawer but not in the second one up. We adjusted the temperature warmer to see if that helps but too soon to tell. Any help is greatly appreciated,
